Thank you so much for making Roy’s birthday so special and memorable. It was a real treat to have you come to their house and spend an evening educating us on wine. Thoroughly enjoyed Elizabeth’s sparkling wine tasting class. It was a great opportunity to taste a large variety of contrasting sparkling wines and to finally figure out which grapes varieties I like in a sparkling wine! I gained a lot of useful information even down to which glasses to use to produce the best bubbles. The evening was good fun as well as informative. Elizabeth is an excellent host and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to the next wine tasting event!
